God our only saviour from the torment of this World

 Thinking of what this life is all about
Rise and fall
 Gain and pain
Joy and sorrow
Enjoyment and hardship

How shall we escape the torment of these  evil world.
Where fate is accepted to distribute both good and evil.
Where a man can rejoice in the morning and mourn at night .
It is grievous, enjoyment doesn't last forever only last for a while.

Only God can make  this life of vanity Glorious.
Only Father can help one to sustain Joy and greatness.
Only Holy spirit can keep the joy of salvation in one's mind .
Give all to God so that you can make the most valuable use of your life
